Please ease up on the requests. Posting numerous times in a short period of time will not guarantee you a voucher code any quicker. People will send you a voucher code if and when they can.

Being serious though, if you wanted a code could end up sending ten Pm's and not get a code if people are offline. Then if you just post a request people who are online can PM the code to Fergster for example and then could edit his request to received a code by who ever.

Lads, i ordered a boxset off cdwow there about 2 weeks ago. I got an email there on new years day saying that it'd been dispatched. Still no sign though, over a week after dispatch!! Is this normal for cdwow??

Hate to say it but yes it would "normally" take maybe 2 weeks or so. The problem is that a lot of the items are out of stock and you end up waiting for ages. They never state on their site if its in stock or not. I ordered a DVD on December 14 and have yet to receive it as they are seeking more stock from their suppliers. I wouldnt mind but its one of the more popular films - Kung Fu Panda.

They also charge you the moment you order and if you then look for a refund you more often than not end up loosing out due to a combination of the exchange rate and the cut that the cc company take on the transaction.

Has anyone noticed the change to the vouchers? I got a mail today with 2 * €2 vouchers, but the voucher is now linked to your account and you are not given a code. See attached file!
So it looks like we can't pass the vouchers on anymore!

Regarding ordering items and then finding out that they are out of stock, I had ordered 2 new DVDs (Sex and the City & Wall-E) late November and I was still getting out of stock emails up until Friday when I decided to cancel the orders...got my moey back, but it is crap that they are low or non-existance on supplies for new releases

Well if that turns out to be the case then we can all just close our CD-WOW accounts (not that I have bought much from them) stating that as the reason as their prices are a joke, have been for years along with their CS and delivery times

Ive had stuff not arrive for up to 3 weeks after it says it has been dispatched! So, I wouldnt worry bout it
