    DAY 1

    Ok its day one of the fatloss journal I said I would startup if I fail this time I will just leave and never post here again

    weight 282.6lbs
    tanita 40.5%
    waist(around navel fully relaxed) 49inches
    bodyfat 29%

    I am going to workout first thing in the morning before work because I feel like I have achieved something for the day

    5.30 strong cup of black coffee nothing added but hot water
    6.00 workout plus 20 minute cycle to work
    7.30 meal 1 mrp
    9.30 meal 2 2 lowfat yogurts and a tub of lowfat cottage cheese mixed
    12.30 meal3 chickpeas chicken onions tomato and spices
    3.30 meal4 mrp
    6.30 meal5 salmon or lean steak baked potato broccolli
    9.00 meal 6 2 scoops of whey and 1 apple

    Todays workout

    Rest 1 minute inbetween all sets except superset

    Todays workout :upperbody
    CHEST
    Dumbell press and superset with incline DB press for last set of 12
    reps 12,10,8,6,12,12
    weights(kg) 20,22,24,26,22,18
    SHOULDERS
    Seated DB press superset with side raise for last set of 12
    reps 12,10,8,6,12,12
    weights(kg)10,12,14,16,14,4
    BACK
    DB ROW and superset with DB pullover for last set of 12
    reps12,10,8,6,12,12
    weights(kg)22,24,26,28,22,18
    TRICEPS
    DB Extensions and superset with lying tricep raise for last set of 12
    reps12,10,8,6,12,12
    weights(kg)16,18,20,22,18,4
    BICEPS
    Because I have a problem with my left shoulder I cant do traditional biceps exercises so im going to do some reverse grip pulldowns.This is a back exercise but my Biceps should get some work from this and all the other exercises as well as its such a small muscle group

    Tomorrow is 20 minutes intense interval cardio

    I did 20 minutes of very intense cardio at 6.30am this morning my heartrate was at 172bpm at it highest

    6.40 workout
    7.15 meal 1 mrp
    9.30 meal 2 lf cottage cheese and lowfat yogurt
    12.30 meal 3 wholewheat roll with beef and veg
    3.30 meal 4 mrp
    6.30 lean beef mince stirfry
    9.30 meal6 apple and protein drink

    I think your first work out might have been a bit too much if you weigh 282lbs.

    try taking it slower next time
