Imagine Broadband gotten faster?

Hi, just turned on my laptop today, downloaded a file, and it downloaded at 300kbps+, on my 2MB connection. Has this happened for anyone else, and does it cost any extra?

Ive got irish broadband who imagine now own and my 3mb has gone to 6mb today
