Excellent photos which are being enjoyed by anyone interested in the Chad Mission.
Do you have any of the Acmats or Landrovers and what type of unit was drawing the trailer with the Mowag on it.

The Defence Forces have been using DROPS for the past number of years, commencing with a HINO which gave super service, followed on by a fleet of IVECO 8 x 8's and now the very latest SCANIA's.

Depends what part of the country you are in to be honest, over to the west towards Ndjamena its pretty dry and desert type country,as some of the photos show, however the rainy season is here now,so a lot of the place is covered in muck and wadis flooded

What's the general feeling out there at the moment, do the lads feel as if the whole operation is going well and aid is getting out to those that need it?
