Bill pay Direct Debit problem with Vodafone if you opt for the At Home package

    I signed up for the Vodafone at home package in July and when I opened my Vodafone bill today it stated I was in arrears and that service could not be assured uinless I paid the arrears immediately.

    Rang them and they said account had gone to a cash status, problem with my credit card.

    Called the CC people who said no issue with my account.

    Called Vodafone again and got a new customer service person.

    Known problem: setting up the DD to pay the At Home service on the same CC cancelled the DD on the mobile account.

    [Move this if more a consumer issue.]
