Query relating to on-site treatment assessing

Where only an interim GSI study has taken place, and where the area has been assigned a "high to low" status on the GSI web-mapping service, is it acceptable to assume a staus of high rather than assuming extreme, when deciding on the response matrix (e.g. R2-2/R2-1 etc).

I would have thought if was intended that you assume worst case scenario where an interim study has taken place, they'd class it as "extreme to low".

    thanks
