Here's a test from speedtest.ie I've just ran (2.30am):

Download speed: 271216 bps
Upload speed: 2917816 bps
Quality of service: 43 %
Download test type: socket
Upload test type: socket
Maximum download pause: 590 ms
Average download pause: 128 ms
Minimum round trip time to server: 62 ms
Average round trip time to server: 70 ms

I've contacted support but bar from the usual download and ping tests they make you do I've heard nothing.
