    Hi all,
In Australia some of the Chinese Restaurants sell something called Shantung Chicken (spelling differs in restaurant to restaurant and may be Shan Tong Chicken etc). Its is crispy skin chicken (normally boneless) served on cucumber. It has chilli and soy and I think vinegar.

Despite lots of searches and asking people I have been unable to find a recipe. I have seen and made the one of the web that has Sherry and cornstarch and it is nothing like it .

    Please help me.

This website has a picture that matches your description for something called "Shandong Chicken", of which there are some recipes that differ from the "Shantung" dish, so it's assumed while they sound similar, they're completely different dishes. Here's a recipe for Deep-Fried Shandong Chicken, and if you search inside this book for "shandong", on pg. 45 there's another cookbook recipe. Let us know if it's the same one, and how it turns out :)
