Brother's put down a deposit on an apartment in Beechwood(it's the development just opposite the end of brewery road on the n11), anyone have any comments on the development/general area? I know the 46a stops right outside, anyone know if you can walk to the luas without having to go by the big roundabout outside the…

You just walk down Brewery Road, and then there's a signposted pedestrian route on the right, some way before you get to that roundabout that takes you to Sandyford LUAS station.

I know someone who is buying a place in Beechwood Court but they have found out that the Management Company are in difficulty. Has anyone else had any problems?
