Cheap Xbox 360 games in Dublin

I was in the the Moore Street mall in town yesterday evening where a new shop/booth has opened,its just one guy selling a lot of Ds and Xbox 360 games,the Xbox games are only €18 each,the best he had was Ace Combat,the ds games were all different prices and he had a DS for €110.
