    I don't know why anyone thinks its weird.

    You chat to peopleo nline get a sense of their sense of humour, their interests, whatever. Maybe a few flirty PMs. Lots of people have their pics up so you know what each other looks like. Someone suggests meeting for a drink/night of filthy sex.

    I've met someo f my closest friends in the world through another forum so meeting guys doesn't seem strange.

    There's weirder ways to meet people. If some randomer started chatting me up in the supermarket for instance i'd throw a tin of beans at him and run!

    I wouldn't have a problem with it.

    Dublin is a massive city, and beyond your direct circle there's plenty of great people out there to meet.

    Most Boards folk seem perfectly normal (I know, for a fact, that I am...apparently) I def. wouldn't do it on the 'puter, but if I went to some meet up or something I don't think there'd be anything wrong with it.

    At a beers, I wouldn't have any problems. Don't think I'd send anyone PM's although the thought has crossed my mind. I think I'd find it a bit odd.

    Sure boards is only about Quake anyway!

    The interview went well. Have to go back tomorrow for a second interview with one of the directors.

    I'm always a little curious about people that allow other people dribble on them.......

    To answer the OP, maybe but I am crap at stalking on here and the thoughts of meting up and them turning out to not be my type is enough to put me off,
