Access Course Lecture

I've applied for the access to science and engineering course in UCD and i've got a letter now asking me to attend a lecture towards the end of the month. The letter says "following the lecture all applicants will be required to write their impressions of the talk" The letter is quite vague so i've no idea what the subject…

Pretty much the first thing Thomond said was that i had a place and the interview was to make sure the course suited me.

She explained why i didn't make it through for interview in the first place which was down to my previous experience (or lack of) rather than how the lecture went so thats good.

Over 60 applicants this year so alot of disappointed people, hopefully they'll apply elsewhere for something (like i had!)
