Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

Is it my imagination or was there a rehearing of this at the High Court in the last few months that found in favour of their challenge?.. I'm 100% certain I read up on it in on irishtimes.com, in fact writing notes on it, but for the life of me cannot find it referenced anywhere now!

I believe this was a judgment of Dunne J but I don't think its recent. Over 12 months old if not more. It does come up from time to time.

thanks tom. But I'm almost sure, on foot of a recent Eur Ct. HR judgment, Dunne J. reheard the trial at the High Court and found for the plaintiffs. Maybe I just dreamed the whole thing or am just going crazy?!
