    Hey, Im starting arts in september(hopefully!) and I'm just wondering if I'll be able to do History for 20 credits,
    Irish and French for 15 each and politics for 10 or does horizons have to be from outside arts?
    Does this make any sense??

    Yes, you could do that. More info on subject blocks here. Electives can be from anywhere, not just from your programme. More info on electives, here.

    Edit: With 580 points, you don't need to say 'hopefully' :)
