    Howdy

    I’m looking for kayakers to help out with the swim section for Dublin city Triathlon on Sunday 24th August.

    Need people to sit in Kayaks while the swim is going on. Anyone who wants to help out send me a message.

    Are there any qualifications needed for this?
    Presumably the kayakers are safety boats for the swimmers..

    Hi, it is for safety for the swimmers, we dont have a paddler spec, as long as you have a kayak and willing to help out we need you. It mainly to guide the swimmers direction and if someone get tired(which they never do) they can hold on to the kayak for a rest.

    Its a great thing to do, iv done it a few times for triathlons now and i really enjoy it.
