Cod4 popup on PC ! fix

For those of you who get texture popup when running around cod4 (stuff like bricks, bottles, low quality to high quality textures) seta r_lodBiasRigid "-1000" seta r_lodBiasSkinned "-1000" Put that in your config ! I had this problem after I updated my graphics drivers...
