i live in cork where i'm sick of beach breaks and the nearest reef is a couple hours away.. and i was thinking when lookin at the map that those little islands must get some surf right? i mean there right in the middle of the sea.. anybody wanna shower some light on that?

I visited Sherkin 2 years ago. I didn't get to visit the far side of the island but I remember seeing guys with boards on the ferry. So maybe there's some surf there, or maybe they were just chancing their arms...
