Celica suspension.....

I was just wondering if the super strut suspension is standard on all gen 7 celicas or is it just on the jap import ones? If it isnt standard, would it be necessary to upgrade to it? Also does the celica (gen7) require the higher quality petrol to perform or will the standard stuff do? (Im looking at the vttl-i model)…
