Just wondering when you buy a new car, how much does it depreciate by when you drive out of garage?
Im looking at a car where its €29k brand new, theres a few being sold by dealers, 08 with less 6,000k ranging from 23k - 25k.
Is it worth buyinh a new one now or save a few grand & pick up an 08 with low mileage? (presume manufacturer warranty applies on all cars)
cash buyer no trade in, are dealers willing to give discounts for this or is that all pie in the sky?

the car may have been registered before the July VRT changes, and may have had a much lower list price back then. is the car petrol or diesel?

its 1.6 petrol, think old rate was €480 & i think new tax is €600
