Are there any interesting aircraft arriving/departing soon?

I think we should petition for Aer Lingus to get a 748 and a 773 just so we would have something interesting everyday

Don't worry, when the A350 XWBs they ordered arrive, we will have something interesting!

I still think the A330 looks nicer! Maybe EI will get some 330NEO's too!

This was posted on another forum on Tuesday:

It seems that todays US723 from DUB to PHL was US Airways' final scheduled 767-200ER service to DUB, with aircraft N249AU operating the flight. The US 762 fleet is expected to be retired in just over a month's time, on February 11th.

PHL to DUB will now go 6-weekly on 752s, before being upgraded to daily A330-200s at the beginning of April for the Summer Season. The A330-200 will provide a 43% increase in capacity over the 762s. CLT will also resume in May with daily A330-200s also.

I would go for Saturday, you should get the Air France cargo 777 as well as Emirates and Etihad if your early enough. The fedex A300 will be there as well as a DHL one I think. I think generally sat is busier day anyway

It sure is.. I miss the roar of those JT8D's!

Most of the MD-82s went to Delta to use as spares to keep their huge MD-88 fleet strong.

What's the chance of seeing a Tupolev in dublin? I know there's a TU-204 from some bank that occasionally visits but I don't know when.It is my dream to see a tupolev, so any one will do.
