    Got 430. Thought I wouldn't get any of the Psychology courses I had down (had my mind set for my last option - Arts) but just got an offer for Psychology in WIT! Needed 340 :D (Surprisingly low - I thought it would of been higher... but I'm not going to question it! LOL)

    I saw that too and was shocked as it really bucked the trend with all other law courses. Remember, these points figures are for the 1st round only so they may go down if people who are offered the course turn them down/defer.
    CAO website makes that very clear with "points for ROUND 1 offers"

    Thats what I meant man, triple check that she got the minimum requirements, with C3's and D3's from different subjects and Ordinary and Higher ya could of missed something, failing that you call the CAO number

    I just had a quick look at min requirements for this course.

    MINIMUM ENTRY REQUIREMENTS:

    Higher C3 in 2 subjects &

    Passes in 4 other subjects at Higher or Ordinary level from:

    - Irish
    - English
    - Another language &
    - 3 other subjects recognised for entry purposes.


    Just wonder has she the "other language requirement"? Failing that, e mail them and try not to worry too much, as it may have been random and the asterix wasn't there. Sorry that you so stressed for your girlfriend.
