Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

hi, i was just wondering if, someone on a learner permit can ride any bike up to 125cc or 11kW,
does this mean someone with a learner permit can drive a 250cc bike restricted to 11kW?

Depends on which learners permit you got. If you have an A1, from 16, then you can ride upto 125cc and less the 11kw. If you got an A, from 18, permit then you can ride anything once it's less the 33bhp/25kw or 0.16kw/kg

You can't get an A permit till you turn 18. No way to ride anything over 125cc legally on the road till then.

Getting the licence is one thing, getting the insurance is another, and unless you're made of money you can basically forget about riding anything over 125cc until you're at least 21.

    Scrap the cap!
