Extension to "Ban" option

There appears to be an sharp increase in posts by users who appear not to be able to grasp basic skills at seeking answers to simple questions themselves or grasping real life as a whole.

Would it be possible in some way to add a "Kill" option as an extension to Banning a user. Sometimes a ban just is not enough and a permanent solution is a more.. well, evolutionary welcome option.
