The EEE for DJing

    I know its been put out there before, but just as proof of the pudding, the EEE has loadsa power for those looking at a VERY compact setup for Digital DJing, so long as your eyes are alright ....

    As it says on the video, CPU doesn't go above 50%, keylock was on both Tracks throughout, using high processor vocoder setting, and external HDD, soundcard and KDJ were being powered off the USB.

    ram upgraded to 2gigs, XP Pro, Traktor 3.3

    Eee + USB sound card + external HDD is probably close in size when packed to my heavily upgraded Compaq with a PCMCIA internal sound card (thats just as good as any USB/Firewire one - its made by Echo who are pro's at all those formats). However, if you've not got a laptop with PCMCIA you ain't gonna find one new and the Eee is nice and cheap - looks good.
