Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

    humour me.

HP sent back my laptop and now its named test-pc and my account is named test.

I already went to user accounts and changed the name from test but all my folders are still test, all my settings still refer to test, and i need to know what registry changes i need to do to get it back the way i like it.

Easy enough to change the computer name , as I'm sure you know . The only way I can think to change the 'Test's Documents' , etc would be to create a new account with your chosen name (Administrator rights , of course) . Log out of the 'Test' account and log in to your 'proper' account . Copy all data to the appropriate directories in this account and then delete user account 'Test' . Maybe someone will come along with a reg fix for this but I wouldnt be too sure ....
