Yeah...plus with a little imagination you can easily interpret it as an extended menstrual metaphor and use it as a PMT song :D

Billie Piper - Honey to the Bee .. "Buzz me up to heaven baby"

I think Club Tropicana by Wham is a great pop song, but I can see why others wouldnt.

Together in Electric Dreams also brilliant, but probably not.

If Biology and Love Machine were sung by anyone else than Girls Aloud, I could probably admit to liking them. Shame they arent really.

Love Machine is a great pop song. In fact, , the choice of songs which Girls Aloud have brought out have been really really good. Nearly every one a belter. I mean, it's a conveyor belt and it's ruthless, but the team they have is *nearly* as good as the Goffin/King, Lieber/Stoller, Holland/Dozier/Holland boiler room teams from Tin Pan Alley in the 60s.

I don't rate the band particularly much, i only know them as the Ginger one, the one from Derry, the footballers wife, the blonde slutty looking one and the other one.

Where do I begin...some of my guilty pleasures include George Michael*, Grace Jones, Bony M & Erasure.

Yet I can happily listen to Metallica & Motorhead and feel no sense of contradiction.

*Yes, I've been known to play 'Outside' once or twice before I go out...

OOOOOOOh I've so many of these,

Dolly Parton, Jolene, in the getto(i know it's elvis but prefer this version), and 9 to 5

Bonnie tyler - holding out for a hero

    Donna summer - hot stuff

    Black velvet

    gypsies, tramps and thieves

    Most power ballads

    Man eater

Rhinestonecowboy - reminds me of being a kid and my dad running around the sittingroom with me on his back while that played on the record player :)

    I'm a believer

So many more that I haven't heard in ages - I'm off to youtube!

Both perfectly good songs, I think. Though I prefer The White Stripes version of "Jolene"
    Man eater
Hall & Oates or Nelly Furtado?
I like the latter, not sure about H&O though! :D

I love "Hello" by Lionel Richie

Surely the most innapproriate use of the verb "looking" ever used in a song, considering the video

LOL - funniest unintentionally funny video ever.

"Young Turks" by Rod Stewart. It's so bad, but actually not too bad in a cheesy, synth-driven early-80s way. For shame!

I don't feel like dancing by the Scissor Sisters. :o

At a wedding recently, I discovered that I knew all the words while on the dance floor, throwing a few shapes to it.

    Drink is a terrible thing.

    Wild Child by W.A.S.P.

....Pretty much anything by W.A.S.P., actually.

    Cock rock ftw...

Bon Jovi - Living on a prayer

I absolutely detest 50Cent but I have to admit I like "Ayo Technology".

I love the music - it's like the music that you'd have while fighting a supervillain on a Nintendo NES game. :)

And the video is pretty cool. In fact if ANYONE other than 50Cent released it it would probably be on my Zen.
