bathroom sink replacement in 2-bed townhouse

Anyone know where to get the exact same wash basin used in upstairs bathroom in 2-bed townhouses and how easy it is to fit? out sink has cracked and we don't want to replace the whole thing, was wondering if we could just replace the top part. Any DIYer insight there?
