The best scene in arguably the most famous of them. ;)

    Lady Mac's rant, no?

Was trying to think which is the most famous Shakespeare play and whats the most famous scene.

I'm thinking 'Romeo & Juliet' for the Balcony scene and then 'Hamlet' for overall.

It's lady macbeth yeah, she asks the spirits to unsex her and make her evil and shtuff

    "Come, you spirits
That tend on mortal thoughts, unsex me here,
And fill me from the crown to the toe top-full
    Of direst cruelty!"

thought you were an english student or something mizzlolly?? sad state of affairs when computing students know this :pac: :p

Yeah it was the lady referring to 'the conventions she must adhere to as a woman, that not only are expected of her within the play, but also by the play's Shakespearean audience. Sating her ambition will require her to break free of the shackles of feminity expected of her'.

Basically wishing she wasn't a woman due to societies constaints on women and their ambitions back then so that she wouldbe free to do what she wants.
