    This should be of interest to everyone, particularly the fitness pros's out and about.

    Steve Maxwell, formerly of the Dragon Door organisation, BJJ Black Belt and world champ, joint mobility expert, kettlebell and bodyweight trainer, the list goes on,

    Well basically he's confirmed that he wants to visit Ireland this October. I've agreed to host him, and will post up more details as I have them.
