Recently changed over to using magnet business, got the broadband connection in and are due to have our phone lines running off their system too very soon. But since we've had the broadband in - every second day or so - there has been some issue or another.

In the beginning it was dropping the dsl sync and all connection, it would come back up and then go 10mins later. After a few phone calls that appears to have been fixed. But now in the last 2 days, the supplied modem just seems to be freezing up - all the lights are on, dsl sync is solid - but nothing. DHCP won't assign any ip, cannot connect via wireless. can't do anything but turn the damm router off and on...

So anyone else on magnet business have the same/ similar teething problems. My concern is when out phone line are changed over and if this happens they can to jack s*** and i get it in the ear cos it's not working.
