how do you calibrate Ultra turbo timer

Anyone have one of these and know how you should calibrate it? Its model 4753 if that makes it easier to identify.

I remember seeing one on an R32 i worked on not long ago,3 buttons on it bigger button on the right turned it on/auto/off then smaller two buttons set the countdown time
