    If you're anywhere near one, Donnybrook Fair has it, up beside the pasta. In the city centre I'd say Fallon & Byrne is your friend.

    oo flour is sold as strong bread flour,
    (orange packet)as plain flour is the blue packet,sr is the red,
    tesco,dunnes sell it,
    its the oldums range

    I got 00 flour in tescos McDougals brand.
    It was not kept with the Flours but with the specialised foods ie indian. italian spices and other ingredients

    Il Corte in the Epicurean food hall have it, as does that italian shop in the "italian quarter" near the jervis luas stop. It's about €2-2.50/kg.
