cocktail making lesson

Hi, We are having a work day out and I thought that a cocktail making lesson would be great fun. Does anyone know anywhere in Dublin City centre that would do this? We have a group of 16 and we'd be hoping to start the lesson around 16:00. If not, anywhere that does reasonable once off wine tasting? Thanks!

if I may...suggestions are: a) go to a wine bar ( call in advance to advise you wish to organise a little something) b) find a place sitting room spacious enough...shacker...ice... a mixer....gin, vodka...rum...various juice fruits (no mixed)...lemons...oranges...a cocktail making book and organise a littel competition cocktail + jockes.... did it once great fun!
