Help needed with Termonfeckin Housing Estate Name

Hiya I have a mate living in a housing estate in Termonfeckin and want to send them a postcard but cant for the life of me remember the name of it. If anyone can help that would be good.
As you approach Termonfeckin from the Drogheda side you take a left at the Church and go slightly up a hill and then take the first right ( I think the road it is off is called the Cartown road ). The houses inside are mainly terraced and some are 3 story with an apartment on the ground floor and others are two story.
If you know the name then post it here !

Victor, thanks for the links but Google Maps shows the road it is off but not the name of the estate. The road is the Sheetland Road and not Cartown as I previously thought. The other link wont load on my screen ( Im on wifi in Nepal so the connection isnt that good )
So if anyone knows please say so here !

Ssmith no it is not orchard villas- for some reason the word 'Priory' sticks in my head, do you know of any housing estates there with Priory in it? It is only a 3 minute walk from the church up the small hill of the Sheetland Road and it is on the right.

Would this estate be right next to that T junction opposite the church?? Or is it a few hundred metres up the road??

I know there is a small group of new houses/apartments or suchlike just before one reaches the end of the sheetland road.
