Nokia 5310 Dual sim adapter

Hi, I am trying to find a dual sim adaptor for the Nokia 5310. I have two sim cards, oen for work and one for personal calls after business hours but i dont wantthe hassle of carrying around 2 mobiles. I both a product from ebay for 5 euros but it didnt work. Any suggestions?

I'd actually be looking for something similar but to fit the nokia 6230i if anybody has ideas?
