    Asking the same question on their forums but have got no answer, they say when you sign up that it has to be done on DD but then they send you out the bill with the info on how to pay at the PO... Dunno what to do, can't remember them taking bank details so they can wait for their money until they make it clear how many methods of payment they accept.

    Initially I paid by direct debit but I found them not to be great (to put it kindly) in keeping to the terms of the direct debit scheme (not that they are alone in this by any means!:rolleyes:) So I cancelled the dd and usually pay them online.
