"recognised states"

    You hold a driving licence and you want to have an additional category of vehicles added to it and a driving test is not required or you are exchanging a current valid driving licence issued by another EU member state or another "recognised state".

    anyone got a list of these countries? I know my usa licence was useless..

    a friend just told me that if I got an address in the UK(the north) I could change my USA licence for a UK licence, then change my UK licence for an Irish licence...crafty...
