Imagine broadband farce

Hi, is anyone having trouble with imagine broadband at the mo, im in cork city and recently changed over from ibb,the problem is now i dont have the internet at all, they keep saying eircom are doing tests etc, waffle, waffle. Fed up and going to terminate contract, wouldnt trust them toasting bread
