    hi guys, so heres the issue;

    living in a student house and one of my house mates took the internet account with her so needing a new one my other housemates and i set one up. For some reason my wireless isn't working with the new set up. (its working fine on the other computers in the house). i get the 'limited or no connectivity message and it says 'the network did not assign a network address to the computer'. ive tried re-installing my adapter (a 3com 11g pc card) ive checked that all my settings are correct and i can't figure it out. The adapter is working properly according to my computer so im guessing theres something im overlooking? im currently using an ethernet cable but its a pain only being able to use the internet in the one room.any advice would be highly appreciated.
    thanks
