Traffic travelling between Waterford and Kikenny will need to divert onto the N9 toward Thomastown and go the Bennetsbridge road (R700) or continue on a number of km's to Paulstown and back around to Kilkenny city. Bear in mind there is a stop go system on place for roadworks on N9 already.
