Join the irish channel and ask around you might find one or two. I can't remember the names of them tho sorry

I think one is called Boobs or something but do ask around in there and people will help you out.

Aluminium Falcons is an Irish corps, there's usually a few members on most nights, look out for Bordra or Yoritomo Aleta, they tend to hang around the Sinq Laison region.

Or my chars Stone Old and Alex Sendent who hang around Tish-Markon.

Not enough Irish in the game to justify one corp (Since a lot are already well situated in alliances/corps). There are a few with a lot of Irish in them though.

I'd agree that a lot of Irish players are probably in multi-national corps, but if you're a noob Irish player you could do worse than the Aluminium Falcons, most of them are only playing less than a year but they're good gamers (I know many from RL) and have picked quite a bit of experience in mission running, trading, exploration, building a POS, etc. They're even starting to do some PvP in lower sec.

While I'm a member, I really only contribute in taxes at the moment having my chars based for quite awhile now in a different region. When i play,I tend to do mission running with my primary a/c to keep up the income and loyalty points. My second char is primarily a researcher, inventor, manufacturer, hauler and salvager.

Cant say ive ever heard of This aluminum falcons.. you guys should get more involved in the irish channel ingame.. would be great if we had a corp we could recommend to newly starting folks..
