    Been quoted 200 labour + 150 to 200 0n parts + vat at 13.5

Im told it needs special oil and great oil will be used.

    Is this a reasonable quote?

Depends on the year, if it's petrol or diesel, when it was last serviced, current mileage etc. I'd imagine 2 hours max would service it and that's being generous, most main dealers are about 80 an hour.

She is an 02 - 110K kms - diesel. Last serviced - its overdue one by about 5000 KMs

It depends. If it was just an oil change, its way over the top. however if any additional works it may be ok.

You could possibly have to do:

    Timing belt
    Auxiliary belts
    Heater plugs
    Fuel filter
    airfilter
