Programs to moniter up/downtime

Are there any programs out there to keep track of up/downtime on a line for say 24h and show results on a graph(or easy to read)? I'm using eircom 1mb, it goes down every ~40min for 1-2 mins. Happening for 3 days. Support said to ring them when it goes down but then i'm waiting for 10mins and its back up by the time I get…

I'm using eircom 1mb, it goes down every ~40min for 1-2 mins. Happening for 3 days. Support said to ring them when it goes down but then i'm waiting for 10mins and its back up by the time I get someone. I want a record of it to show them.

I made a batch file to do a trace route and ran it every minute with task scheduler but a hugh txt file is imppossible to read.

Any Ideas?
