IT WAS THE...ahem... It was the same in previous GTAs - if you wanted all packages/clams/balloons/etc. you used a guide.

Yeah the Balloons in Vice City Stories where impossible! When you were in a chase or in a mission or something you cause an explosion or something and then you find out you accidently popped a balloon!

if you go to a internetcafe and type in thethingstheydontwantyoutoknow you can go to a in game website with all the in game secrets in it :D
