Anyone know anything about these dietary supplements? Supposed to speed up metabolism and lead to weight loss. I did take one tub of them for about a month and noticed a difference, but I was dieting quite strictly so could've just been about that. I don't have them now and am wondering should I bother buying again? They were 50 quid a bottle so pricey.

Not worth it unless you are cutting for a competition or something like that, where every little bit counts. It is a thermogenic, but you'll find you get the same sort of effect by drinking green tea and the odd cup of expresso. And for a lot less money. Spend the money on some fish oil and salmon instead.

Cool, thanks for the reply. Do you recommend green tea in tea bag form or actual tea form? I like green tea but I always feel that tea bags are cheating in some way!

Tea bags are cheating but pills arent? :D Green tea in tea bag form is fine.

Drink your green tea. It's an easy way to get lots of fluids into you.
