Can anyone see past Saints on Saturday? Barring divine intervention I reckon they're going to walk it...Hope FC put it up to 'em, and I know the Challenge Cup has a rep for upsets, but it's such a huge gulf in class. Hull will have to play out of their skins...

    Teams

    St. Helens

Wellens, Gardner, Gidley, Talau, Meli, Pryce, Long, Fozzard, Cunningham, Gilmour, Wilkin, Sculthorpe, Roby, Flannery, Graham, Hargreaves, Clough, Fa'asavalu, Eastmond

    Hull FC

TBA, Agar waiting on fitness of half-back pairing before announcing the team. If both these guys are out, the game'll be a done deal before kick-off.

Cayless out for Saints and FC full back Motu Tony looks doubtful.

    Hull FC, Team Sheet:

Berrigan, Briscoe, Byrne, Carvell, Cusack, Dowes, Dykes, G Horne, R Horne, Houghton, Lee, Manu, Radford, Raynor, Sing, Thackray, Tickle, Washbrook, Yeaman.

Looks like Fa'asavalu is going to miss the game for Saints.

That was some pretty awful officiating before the first try.

It's annoyed me for a while in Super League that forward passes are let go an awful lot, but there are knock-ons given despite the ball going backwards.

Too many handling errors by Hull for them to win methinks.

Agreed, Hull are killing themselves, Yeaman having a complete nightmare, they've butchered two clear scoring opportunities in the second...cant see 'em winning. Very competitive though.

Feck yeah. ABSH! Gonna need to score again though. Saints are the best final 10 performers in SL...Hull look knackered....

Easy try...that'll be that barring a miracle I reckon....

One of the things that sets Saints apart, they never seem to get tired. Whether they're the protagonists for most of the match or not, they always seem to be able to knacker the opponents out.

Just don't know when they're beat...massively impressed with them, They shouldn't be anywhere near the Saints...

    OK it's over now :P

Think Hull were readying for the drop-goal there.

Farcical at the end, but an excellent game. was worried it'd be a procession for Saints, but FC really put it up to 'em....still congrats to Saints, in control for the full game and tbh, never looked like loosing...wellens, long, gardner, pryce all immense...as usual.

Yeah, but of stupidity at the end. Thackray deserved a slap thought, no need for him to be doing that **** at the end of the match.

Be great to see Warrington or Catalans win the Super League, thought I have a feeling you might disagree with me on that one :P

Would absolutely love to see Catalans win the Challenge cup or SL for the sake of the game...they may even do it this season if they can overcome their horrendous discipline and ruinous penalty count. Reckon Adam Mogg could win man of steel for 'em this year too....unless of course they beat us to do it!;)
