02 free bebo finishing?

Is the 02 free bebo finished in the next couple of days.. I was talking to customer care and they told me you need to buy a bebo add on from next week but it only covers the bebo site and no other.....I think she said 2.50 a week just for bebo.... Is there still no data add on for 02 pay as you go?
