Strange No. Plate

Seen a 320 estate BMW with the no plate 02 wx 000 the car also had garage plates in the window i was on foot and it was parked on the street didnt even have the phone on me to take a pic any explanations

Most garages use these plates on imports in the showroom to show the year. Must've been moving the car somehwere on the trade plates
