    i've had the blood test and sent in the Garda vetting form, so when can i register and start picking modules. Will that be that same as everyone, ie 29th, or do i have to wait longer. Also, any recommendations on elctives to go with med? thanks

    Step 1 of registration (i.e. filling in your name, address, etc.) depends on when you accepted your CAO offer. Step 2 (picking modules) is August 29th for all 1st years. See here for more info.

    Most premeds do Physical and Forensic Anthropology in the first semester. You can also do it next year if you don't do it this year, and it's not essential anyway. I can see you're anxious but there's really no need to be, you'll pick things up as you go along. :) So have a look around the website and pick whatever you like the look of that fits your timetable. Beginners languages are always good if you don't fancy anthropology.
