**** that was an awful season of television. Cringeworthy from 1st to last moment. The ending was ok but how can you redeem such rubbish. This show has sufferred from a few major faults. Killing off Hale was stupid, he was a great protaganist, a much better character than Stahl and a better actor too. Focusing blindly on the Irish plotline was the other main problem. It was awful, can't say much more about it really. This show has to do a huge amount to redeem itself next season. I actually can't remember half the character's names due to the plot driven way this season went about. Some character building next season please, back to what was good about the 1st 2 seasons.

I'd agree that Hale was a loss but not about Stahl. I think she's a big loss too.

I'm back watching season 1 now, great show, up there with Sopranos with having things showing up in early episodes but mattering at the latest ones

I really don't think so. Not even close.

Sopranos is in a different league all together, it is 1 of the best programs ever made, I'm just saying that the way it ties earlier seasons to later ones in very well done.

Finally finished Season 3. I've been dragging it out for ages on account of just how much I hated the Belfast plot line. The whole thing was poor and as for the accents... I don't think I've ever wanted a character to die as much as Jimmy Fallon just based on how they sounded. Ugh.
The finale was better but I was sad to see Stahl go. She was great fun as an uber bitch.
There is little to redeem from this season - Hale dying was a dreadful choice (why did they do this?), the Jax storyline was rubbish, and we're just setting up for another gang war next season. Not sure I'll bother as there doesn't seem much development or anything new that will be put in the mix. Shame as the show started out well.

The LEGEND himself Mr. Danny Trejo will be joining SOA for season 4. What a perfect match!

I liked the 3rd season. Well, I'm not Irish so the accents did not bother me, they sounded Irish enough for me to be plausible.

Can't wait for season 4 to start. Thumbs up for Trejo, still, I'd love to see a biker girl who's not an old lady or a porn star but a tough woman able to kick a man's a*se :D

I liked season 3 aswell, I am Irish but i don't let bad irish accents bother me...except Jimmy, that one was tough. Season 3 was pure cheese at it's finest :D and the season finale was brilliant.

IMVHO it's 1 of the best programs on TV and would recommend getting the boxset, especially as they are getting cheaper and cheaper, less than €20 a series here

    http://www.tvguide.com/News/Sons-Anarchy-Rockmond-Dunbar-1033494.aspx

Rockmond Dunbar has signed on for a multi-episode arc on the fourth season of Sons of Anarchy.
Dunbar will play Eli Roosevelt, the new sheriff in Charming. He's described as a formidable, confident and forthright lawman who makes it clear to Jax and Clay and the rest of the club that things have changed during their 14 months in prison.
As we first reported, Roosevelt won't even allow the Sons to be seen in public wearing the club's colors. That's a far cry from the days when SAMCRO had police chief Unser in its back pocket. This most certainly won't end well.
Dunbar joins Season 4's previously announced guest cast, which includes Danny Trejo as a Mexican military leader and Fernanda Andrade as a sexy Latina babysitter who works for Jax and Tara.

Really looking forward to the fourth season of sons. Season 1 and 2 were spot on excellent! Most of season 3 was pretty boring, but it gets pretty enjoyable towards the end. Hope they get back on track with season 4.

Loved 1 and 2 but hated with a passion all the Oirish/plastic paddy nonsense of the third season.

    Really looking forward to 4!
